On Friday, May 30, 2025, the nation solemnly observed the 44th martyrdom anniversary of Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman (Bir Uttam)—the great leader who declared Bangladesh’s independence, pioneered multi-party democracy, and shaped modern Bangladesh as the founder of BNP. On this significant day, a Quran Khutmah and Doa Mahfil were held to pray for his soul and the welfare of the country.

The program was organized under the leadership of Advocate Didarul Islam Khan Raju, General Secretary of Mymensingh South District Jubo Dal. As part of the event, food and clothing were distributed among orphans and the underprivileged, bringing relief and support to those in need.

This initiative not only paid tribute to the legacy of Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman but also highlighted his principles of courage, leadership, and humanitarianism. The program left a positive impact on the local community by promoting social responsibility and compassion.

Events like these remind us that honoring the memory of great leaders goes beyond prayers and remembrance—it also involves actively supporting those in need and making a tangible difference in society.
